General Lattice is working with the U.S. Army DEVCOM Soldier Center to develop advanced helmet liner systems using computational design. The program focuses on optimizing lattice geometries for superior energy absorption across multiple impact scenarios, while reducing weight and improving ventilation compared to current pad-based systems.
